Tempura
Tempura is seafood, vegetables, mushrooms and other pieces of food coated with tempura batter and deep fried. Tempura was first introduced to Japan by the Portugese in the 16th century. Now, tempura has become one of Japn'a most famous dishes.

Okonomiyaki
Okonomiyaki is a mix betweeen pizza and pancake.Common ingredients are such as seafood, vegetables and meat are mixed with the dough. Toopings that are included are the okonomiyaki sauce , nori, fish flakes, Japanese mayonnaise and ginger


Monjayaki
similar to Okonomiyaki is a type of Japanese pan-fried batter with various ingredientshowever, the dough that is used is much more liquid that the okonomiyaki dough.Ingredients are finely chopped and mixed into the batter before frying. Then, it is eaten directly from the grill using a small metal spatula.

Gyoza
This dish was first introducde from China to Japan. These are dumpling with fillings that are normally made of minced vegetables and ground meat. However, the most common ingredient is a mixture of minced pork, garlic, cabbage, and nira (Chinese chives), and sesame oil, which is then wrapped into thinly-rolled dough skins. In Japan, gyoza are usually prepared by frying them and are best enjoyed while still hot.
