Pad see ew
Pad see ew is a stir fried noodle dish which is often eaten as street food in Thailand. It is quite popular in Thai restaurants around the world. It is made with dark soy sauce, light soy sauce, garlic, broad noodles, egg and thinly sliced meat - often chicken or pork. The literally meaning of Pad see ew is 'fried with soy sauce'.
