Sashimi
Sashimi is raw seafood. There are a number of fishes that can be eaten raw when it is fresh and prepared the correct way. Traditionally, sashimi is considered the finest dish in Japanese cuisine and many Japanese people believe that it should be eaten before other strong flavours affect the palate.Most types of shashimi are enjoyed with soya sauce and wasabi.
Yakizakana
Yakizakana means grilled fish. It is considered one of the most popular dishes in Japan. Many variety of fishes are enjoyed in this way.
