Rad na
A Thai noodle dish which is popular in American Thai restaurants. It is actually stir-fried wide rice noodles with meat such as chicken, beef or pork. This dish is covered in a gravy made of stock and tapioca starch, and it is seasoned with sweet soy sauce, fish sauce, sugar and black pepper.
