Kimchi
Kimchiis considered a side dish in Korea. It is vegetables that are commonly fermented in a brine of ginger, garlic, onion and chili pepper. Traditionally, Korean made Kimchi that was enough to last the whole winter season. It is served along with soups and rice dishes.

Kimchi is usually citied for its health benefits as it is rich in vitamins and minerals.It also helps to lower sugar and cholesterol level in the body. However, some researches found that it could be a risk factors to gastric cancer due to its nitrate and salt level.
